Custom pieces are made with care and attention to detail, so please keep in mind that they may take a few weeks to complete depending on the complexity and my current workload. I’m excited to collaborate with you and bring your vision to life!

Shipping & Returns

Because each ceramic piece is handmade and fragile, we take great care in packaging to ensure it arrives safely to your doorstep. This means using high-quality, protective materials and extra padding to guard against damage during transit. As a result, shipping costs may be a little higher than standard rates—but it’s all to protect the time, love, and craftsmanship that goes into every piece.

That said, if anything arrives broken, we’ve got you covered. Just send us a photo of the damaged item within a few days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly remake and send a replacement at no extra cost. Every package is handled with the same attention and care that goes into making the ceramics themselves, so your order arrives just as beautiful as when it left the studio.
